Finding Help Locally
If you want to find a support group, therapist, mental health care provider and other programs in your area there are several places you can contact to get information on these services including:
- Your county’s Department of Social Services
- Local churches
- Local hospitals
All three of these options should have information about the services that are available in your area. Many of the services they can put you in touch with will be free or work on a sliding scale based on income.
